Will my car come with an MOT?

✅ Yes! Every cinch car comes with at least six months’ MOT.

If a car has less than six months remaining, we’ll make sure it has a new MOT before delivery or collection.

Will you fix MOT advisories before delivery?

We’ll fix any advisories that fall outside of our quality standards.

Will my car come with full service history?

Because our cars are used, we can’t always guarantee a full service history. However, we display all available service history on each car’s listing page.

If a car doesn’t have any service history, we’ll give it a fresh service before it’s listed.

Will I receive service history, MOT certificates or documents?

✅ Yes! We’ll provide any available service history, which may include:

✔️ Service books
✔️ Service records
✔️ Digital history
✔️ cinch service history letters

We’ll email a copy of your car’s service history within 48 hours of delivery.

You can also check MOT records at any time on the DVLA website.

What if I notice something wrong with my car when it's delivered?

All cinch cars are thoroughly checked in line with our quality standards.

If you do spot something unexpected:

✔️ Let your cinch handover specialist know straight away
✔️ To raise it to our customer service team, head to ‘My Profile’ and select Report a problem

Do you complete car history checks?

✅ Yes! Every cinch car completes a full HPI check to confirm:

✔️ No outstanding finance
✔️ The car hasn’t been written off
✔️ The car isn’t recorded as stolen

Do you sell cars that have been written off or in accidents?

❌ No! We never sell cars that have been categorised as write‑offs, including Category N.

All cars must pass strict cinch quality checks before being listed.
