This article provides guidance on reporting problems during the 90-day warranty, including using the 'My Profile' portal or calling for mobile repairs. Repairs must be done by approved garages, and courtesy cars are provided if repairs exceed 8 hours or parts take over 48 hours. After the warranty, support depends on having cinchCover or cinchCare; otherwise, issues are generally not covered unless proven present at purchase.

How do I report a problem during my warranty period?
You can report a problem during your 3-month warranty by heading to ‘My Profile’ and selecting 'Report a problem' or by giving us a call on:
📞 0333 015 4101
🕒 Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
We’ll arrange for a cinch mobile repair van to diagnose and, where possible, fix the issue at your location.
If a repair van isn’t available or the issue can’t be fixed on‑site, we’ll help you get booked in at a nearby cinchServicing at Marshall store, or another approved repairer
Can I choose my own garage?
Not at the moment. All repair bookings must be made with one of our approved repairers. We will always aim to arrange repairs with a garage that is conveniently located near you to make the process as easy as possible.
Will I get a courtesy car with my warranty?
Yes, you’ll get a courtesy car under the 3-month warranty if your authorised repairs meet either of the following criteria:
✔️ The estimated labour time exceeds 8 hours and/or:
✔️ Parts required to complete the repair take longer than 48 hours to arrive
Please note that this is subject to our warranty terms and conditions.
