When your V5C arrives, usually within 2-6 weeks from the DVLA, send it promptly by Recorded or Tracked Delivery to Cinch Cars Limited at BCA DocuSafe, Peterborough. £99 will be withheld from your refund until they receive the V5C. Do not give the V5C to the car collection driver to avoid delays.
When your V5C arrives (this is usually sent directly to you by the DVLA within 2-6 weeks), please send it to us as soon as possible. As the DVLA can take several weeks to issue a V5C, it's common for it to arrive after you've already returned your car. Once you receive it, please send it by Recorded or Tracked Delivery to:
