This guide covers key information about car delivery and collection, including ID requirements, that only the buyer can accept the car, and a handover walkthrough of the car’s features. Test drives are not offered at handover, but a 14-day money-back guarantee is provided. Cars arrive with sufficient fuel or charge, and delays will be communicated promptly. If unhappy with the car, buyers can report issues immediately or return the car at delivery with no obligation.
Will I need to show ID?

✔️ If your driving licence doesn't show your current address, or you don't have it with you, you'll need a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 90 days, along with a form of photo ID
✔️ If you paid in full, you'll also need your payment card
Can someone else accept delivery or collect for me?
