Minor damage is acceptable for part-exchange if disclosed during valuation, but aftermarket modifications are not accepted. Cars with mechanical issues require contact for assessment. Vehicles without full service history are accepted if declared during valuation.
Can I part‑exchange a car with damage or modifications?

Can I part-exchange a car with a warning light on?
In some instances we might be able to part-exchange your car if it has a warning light on or a mechanical issue.

⚠️ Important: We cannot accept cars with red warning lights on and they must be in a road-safe, driveable condition.
My part-exchange doesn’t have a full service history – is that OK?
✅ Yes! We accept cars without a full service history, as long as it’s declared during valuation.
