I’ve been approved — what happens next?
You’ll receive an email with your tailored finance offer.
If you’re happy:
✔️ You’ll have three days to confirm and sign
✔️ Upload your ID (passport or driving licence)
✔️ Upload a photo of your signature
✔️ Book your delivery or collection
Important: You'll have three days to complete your order, pay your deposit, and book your delivery or collection.
Where’s my PIN for e‑signing?
✔️ Black Horse – PIN is on the Direct Debit page of your documents
✔️ Evolution Funding – PIN is sent by text message
Where’s my deposit link?
✔️ You should have received an email containing your deposit link—please check your inbox (and your junk folder just in case).
✔️ Alternatively, you can access it anytime by logging in to My Account. Simply go to Your Order, where you’ll find your deposit link ready to use.
Can I change my Direct Debit details or payment date?
You'll need to contact your lender directly who'll be able to assist (their details are in your agreement).
Can I settle my finance early?
You’ll need to contact your lender directly to discuss ending the contract early.
Depending on your agreement:
✔️ You may need to pay an early settlement fee
✔️ Check your contract for full details
✅ We can also settle part‑exchange finance for you
My finance application has been declined. What should I do?
We're unable to provide specific information to advise why a finance application has been declined.
