I've seen a different car I want, do I need to cancel and place a new order?
✔️ Paid in full? Get in touch and we can help swap the car over without needing to cancel.
✔️ Paid on finance? You can change the car before accepting your offer. Simply click on 'Not happy with offer' and you'll have the option to swap the car on your order.
Please note, this may trigger another credit check and change the offer you were previously given.
Will I get a full refund if I cancel my order?
✅ Yes! If you decide to cancel your order you will get a full refund. Including admin and delivery or collection fees.
