Can I collect my car?
✅ Yes! You can collect your car in a few different ways, depending on where it’s located.
✔️ Free collection if your car is in one of our cinch Stores or at selected Marshall stores (where available)
✔️ £149 to move a car from one cinch Store to another cinch Store or a cinch Click & Collect location
✔️ £299 to collect from over 100 convenient locations nationwide
How it works:
1️⃣ Choose your car and head to checkout
2️⃣ Select how you’d like to get your car
3️⃣ Pick your collection location and time slot up to 21 days in advance (subject to availability)

Can I collect if you don't deliver to my address?
❌ Unfortunately, if you live outside mainland Great Britain or the Isle of Wight, we can’t offer collection due to warranty and return policy restrictions.
This includes:
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Islands
- The Isles of Scilly
- The Isle of Man
- Jersey, Guernsey, or other Channel Islands
What happens when I collect my car?
Collecting your car is quick and simple:
1️⃣ Arrive at your chosen location within your booked time slot
2️⃣ A handover specialist will meet you and take you to the car
3️⃣ You’ll get the keys and a short walkaround of its features
4️⃣ Complete any remaining paperwork and drive away
Important: Please bring your ID (e.g. driving licence or passport) and your payment card if you’ve paid in full.
