What do I do with the V5C if I return my car?

When your V5C arrives (this is usually sent directly to you by the DVLA within 2-6 weeks), please send it to us as soon as possible. As the DVLA can take several weeks to issue a V5C, it's common for it to arrive after you've already returned your car. Once you receive it, please send it by Recorded or Tracked Delivery to:
