cinchCharge is operated by our partner Paua who powers the cinchCharge app and connects you to multiple EV charging networks.

When will I get my cinchCharge card?
It’s included with all fully electric cars bought from cinch and you’ll usually find it in your glovebox.
Not received it? Request a card and we’ll post it out to you.
How do I activate my cinchCharge card?
Download the cinchCharge app (App Store or Google Play) and follow the setup steps.
You’ll need:
✔️ Car registration number
✔️ Unique card code
✔️ Billing postcode
✔️ Payment card

What do I do if my cinchCharge card is lost, stolen or damaged?
✔️ Head to the app
✔️ Select "Freeze card"
✔️ Request a replacement via ‘Email us’ in the app
Replacement fee: £10
What should I do with my cinchCharge card if I return my car?
✔️ Remove your saved payment method in the app
✔️ Return the card with your car (if possible)
♻️ We’ll deactivate your account and securely recycle the card.
