How do I activate my cinchCharge card?
Download the cinchCharge app (App Store or Google Play) and follow the setup steps.
You’ll need:
✔️ Car registration number
✔️ Unique card code
✔️ Billing postcode
✔️ Payment card

What does the cinchCharge app do?
The app helps you:
✔️ Find nearby chargers
✔️ Filter by speed and availability
✔️ Get directions
✔️ See cost per kWh
✔️ Start and stop charging (on selected networks)
✔️ Track payments

Who do I contact if I’m having problems with the cinchCharge app?
In the app, start a chat via the main menu.
If you can’t access the app, try deleting and reinstalling it.

What do I do if my cinchCharge card is lost, stolen or damaged?
✔️ Head to the app
✔️ Select "Freeze card"
✔️ Request a replacement via ‘Email us’ in the app
Replacement fee: £10
What should I do with my cinchCharge card if I return my car?
✔️ Remove your saved payment method in the app
✔️ Return the card with your car (if possible)
♻️ We’ll deactivate your account and securely recycle the card.
